"Europe Wills" reports : Status and summary of the project

Within the framework of the "Europe Wills" project, national experts specialising in the question of registers of wills in their countries were identified.

They replied to a questionnaire allowing a review of the systems for registering and searching for wills in all countries of the European Union and Croatia. This information was then put together in an interim report.

This report served as a basis for discussions at the workshop-debates.
