Reports : overview and summary

Within the framework of the "Cross-Border Wills" project, national experts, specialists in practices related to the opening of wills in their country were identified.

They answered a questionnaire and their answers were used to draw up overview reports on national practices related to the opening of wills in Europe.

This information was then summarised in a summary report.

This report was used as the basis of the discussions during the discussion workshops.
