12.0pt;\">Fond\u00e9e en 2005 par les Notariats belge, fran\u00e7ais et slov\u00e8ne, l\u2019ARERT est une association internationale \u00e0 but non lucratif de droit belge. Elle agit dans le cadre de la <b>Convention de B\u00e2le<\/b> relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019inscription des testaments (16 mai 1972), qui \u00e9tablit un syst\u00e8me d\u2019inscription des testaments.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">L\u2019ARERT permet aux \u00c9tats membres disposant d\u2019un registre de dispositions de derni\u00e8res volont\u00e9s d\u2019interconnecter ces registres. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce r\u00e9seau, tout citoyen europ\u00e9en peut identifier les testaments laiss\u00e9s par un d\u00e9funt, quel que soit le pays d\u2019enregistrement. Ce syst\u00e8me facilite ainsi la gestion des <b>successions transfrontali\u00e8res<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Depuis 2015, l\u2019ARERT \u00e9tend son action aux <b>certificats successoraux europ\u00e9ens (CSE)<\/b>, introduits par le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en n\u00b0650\/2012. Les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes peuvent y rechercher l\u2019\u00e9mission d\u2019un CSE dans un autre \u00c9tat membre li\u00e9 par ce r\u00e8glement (\u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de l\u2019Irlande et du Danemark).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">Les actions cl\u00e9s pour remplir sa mission :<\/p><ul><li><b>Encourager<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0la cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019interconnexion des registres testamentaires en Europe;<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\"><b>Sensibiliser<\/b>\u00a0les notaires et les professionnels du droit \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation du RERT et aux enjeux des successions transfrontali\u00e8res ;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\"><b>Communiquer\u00a0<\/b>aupr\u00e8s des notaires et du public sur la mission et les actions de l\u2019ARERT<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\"><b>D\u00e9velopper et g\u00e9rer<\/b>\u00a0les protocoles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9s aux registres et la durabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de l\u2019initiative.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Les valeurs fondamentales de l&rsquo;ARERT<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">L\u2019ARERT s\u2019appuie sur les principes de la Convention de B\u00e2le de 1972:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Respect des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s nationales<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0: la prise en compte des environnements juridiques concrets dans le processus d\u2019interconnexion des registres ;<\/span><\/li><li><b>Confidentialit\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\"> : les registres s\u2019engagent \u00e0 maintenir secret l\u2019information sur le testament du vivant du testateur et d\u2019autoriser la consultation sur pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019acte de d\u00e9c\u00e8s.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019association s\u2019engage \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et am\u00e9liorer en permanence son <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arert.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Politique-Qualite-ARERT-FR.pdf\">syst\u00e8me de management de la qualit\u00e9.<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81f7747 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81f7747\" adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019ARERT doit remplir l\u2019une des conditions suivantes:<\/p><ul><li>\u00eatre un Notariat de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, ou<\/li><li>\u00eatre un Notariat d\u2019Etat ayant le statut de candidat \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, ou<\/li><li>\u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente comme \u00e9tant le ou les gestionnaires du registre des testaments ou, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de d\u00e9signation, r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res de l\u2019association, ou<\/li><li>\u00eatre candidat \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un tel registre et r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res de l\u2019Association.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La demande d\u2019adh\u00e9sion doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e par \u00e9crit \u00e0 l\u2019ARERT, \u00e0
