les registres testamentaires europ\u00e9ens\u201d a pour ambition de d\u00e9velopper et de mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019interconnexion effective des registres testamentaires europ\u00e9ens. En effet, dans de nombreux Etats membres, un registre testamentaire existe et est g\u00e9r\u00e9 soit par le Notariat soit par l\u2019Etat. Toutefois, par manque de moyen, les gestionnaires de ces registres ne sont pas toujours en mesure de s\u2019interconnecter entre eux. L\u2019ARERT est une association sans but lucratif qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 deux applications visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau de registres testamentaires europ\u00e9ens\u00a0: le RERT et le RERT Light.<\/p><p>Le RERT permet l\u2019interconnexion des registres testamentaires de mani\u00e8re directe et automatis\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le RERT Light est un outil efficace lorsque le registre des testaments n\u2019est pas informatis\u00e9 ou n\u2019est pas centralis\u00e9. Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un correspondant d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par le gestionnaire du registre testamentaire, le registre pourra interroger les autres registres europ\u00e9ens et\/ou \u00eatre interrog\u00e9.<\/p><p>Lors de la r\u00e9alisation du projet \u00ab\u00a0Europe testaments\u00a0\u00bb, deux obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019interconnexion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s\u00a0: le co\u00fbt que repr\u00e9sente l\u2019interconnexion par le biais du RERT et l\u2019absence de traduction des \u00e9crans de saisie des donn\u00e9es et de r\u00e9ponses du RERT Light dans les diff\u00e9rentes langues reconnues par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. En effet, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, les \u00e9crans sont disponibles en anglais et en fran\u00e7ais uniquement.<\/p><p>D\u00e8s lors, le projet \u00ab\u00a0Interconnecter les registres testamentaires europ\u00e9ens\u00a0\u00bb dont l\u2019objectif est de mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019interconnexion effective des registres de testaments impliquera une aide mat\u00e9rielle et technique aux registres en mesure de s\u2019interconnecter par le biais du RERT et la traduction des \u00e9crans de saisie pour ceux pouvant utiliser le RERT Light. Les citoyens europ\u00e9ens b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de cette interconnexion car il sera alors beaucoup plus ais\u00e9 de rechercher les testaments de leurs proches dans les Etats membres de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6e0d48 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\"
