On 3 July 2025, the National Chamber of Notaries of Albania became the 22ndème member of ARERT. This notarial association is already an observer member of the CNUE.
The Albanian notarial profession manages the register of wills and has expressed an interest in connecting to the European Network of Registers of Wills (RERT).
We hope to cooperate in facilitating the exchange of information on succession matters and to participate in the Albanian notarial profession's efforts to digitise its notarial deeds.
