The European Commission provides funding in the form of grants to projects or organisations that contribute to the implementation of EU policies.
Since 2009, the ENRWA has carried out four projects co-funded by the European Commission
- the project "Europe wills" : January 2009 to March 2010.
- le projet « Interconnecter les Registres Testamentaires Européens » (IRTE) : October 2010 to September 2012.
- le projet « Testaments transfrontaliers » (CroBoWills): décembre 2012 à novembre 2014.

These projects are funded under the European Commission's Justice Programme, which aims to support judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters, such as the training of judges and other legal practitioners, and effective access to justice for citizens and businesses.
