The network of last wills and ECS registers

13 national registers of last wills and 3 of European Certificate of Successions (ECS) belong to the European Network of Registers of Wills (ENRW or RERT). The extension of this network was greatly facilitated by the financial support of the European Union, which contribute to help several Member-States registers of wills to connect to an exchange platform allowing the exchange of information between national registers of wills.
