Assemblée générale de l’ARERT le 12 juin 2024 à Vilnius
15 notariats se sont réunis aujourd’hui, 12 juin 2024, à Vilnius, pour participer à l’assemblée générale de l’ARERT. Son Président, Octavian Rogojanu, a présenté les nouvelles interconnexions de registres et a annoncé la tenue en 2025 du 20ème anniversaire de l’ARERT.
The Belgian register of European Certificates of Succession interconnects with the European Platform ENRW.
From 27 May 2024, 4 ECS registers will facilitate the exchange of information on cross-border successions: the Belgium, French, Luxembourg, and Dutch registers.

The ENRWA took part in the meeting of the Council of the EU e-justice working group on 27 March 2024. Maître WUILQUOT and Mr. BARY informed about the added value of the European Network of Registers of Wills and proposed solutions interconnect of a greater number of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession.
