The Hungarian national chamber of notaries organised on the 17th and 18th of November the Central-Europe Notary Colloquium 2023 in Budapest. National and international experts exchanged views on this year chosen topic: "Data and digital assets in the inheritance".
Octavian Rogojanu, ENRWA President, and François-Xavier Bary, EBRWA Director attended the event and presented the role the European Network of Registers of Last Wills to uphold legal security for testators and their families in Europe. We hope this meeting will strengthen the participation of the Hungarian notariat in the ENRWA and further facilitate Cross-border Successions in Europe.
