European Network of Registers of Wills Association

15 notariats met today, 12 June 2024, in Vilnius, to take part in the ENRWA General Assembly. Its President, Octavian Rogojanu, presented the new interconnections between registers and announced that the 20th anniversary of the ENRWA would be held in 2025.

From 27 May 2024, 4 ECS registers will facilitate the exchange of information on cross-border successions: the Belgium, French, Luxembourg, and Dutch registers.

Congratulations to the Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia for organising this conference in Ljubljana, on 16 May 2024. From ENRWA we will be represented by Sonja KRALJ, member of the Steering committee and Slovenian notary.

Discover the cooperation between the ENRWA and the Federal Council of German Notaries (BNotK). This article, published on the occasion of the signing of a cooperation agreement, provides information on the actions undertaken to facilitate and promote the interconnection of registers of wills at European level.

The ENRWA took part in the meeting of the Council of the EU e-justice working group on 27 March 2024. Maître WUILQUOT and Mr. BARY informed about the added value of the European Network of Registers of Wills and proposed solutions interconnect of a greater number of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession.

This CNUE manifesto contains recommendations for future representatives within the European institutions, to provide legal certainty for all Europeans.
