The ENRWA took part in the meeting of the Council of the EU e-justice working group on 27 March 2024. Maître WUILQUOT and Mr. BARY informed about the added value of the European Network of Registers of Wills and proposed solutions interconnect of a greater number of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession.

The ENRW is a platform that interconnects 13 registers of wills and 3 registers of European Certificates of Succession in Europe. In 2023, the network made it possible to answer 5,225 queries from European notaries and 696 wills were found.
