ENRWA General Assembly on 12 June 2024, in Vilnius
15 notariats met today, 12 June 2024, in Vilnius, to take part in the ENRWA General Assembly. Its President, Octavian Rogojanu, presented the new interconnections between registers and announced that the 20th anniversary of the ENRWA would be held in 2025.
The Belgian register of European Certificates of Succession interconnects with the European Platform ENRW.
From 27 May 2024, 4 ECS registers will facilitate the exchange of information on cross-border successions: the Belgium, French, Luxembourg, and Dutch registers.

The Network of European Registers of Wills presented to the Council of the EU
The ENRWA took part in the meeting of the Council of the EU e-justice working group on 27 March 2024. Maître WUILQUOT and Mr. BARY informed about the added value of the European Network of Registers of Wills and proposed solutions interconnect of a greater number of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession.

A tool for European notaries, the ENRW
Le RERT est une plateforme qui interconnecte 13 registres de testaments et 3 registres de certificats successoraux en Europe. En 2023, le réseau a permis de répondre à 5225 interrogations de notaires européens et 696 testaments ont été retrouvés.
