The ENRWA supports these proposals by European notaries for an ambitious multiannual funding policy in the field of justice. As an association working towards the interconnection of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession (CSE), we are committed to guaranteeing the rights of European citizens faced with cross-border successions. We are contributing to the implementation of European regulations that facilitate successions across borders. To this end, we are encouraging those EU Member States that have not yet done so to interconnect their registers of wills and ECS using the ENRW, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and security of the data shared.
