European Network of Registers of Wills Association

Découvrez la coopération entre l’ARERT et le Conseil fédéral du Notariat allemand (BNotK). Cet article, publié à l’occasion de la signature d’un accord de coopération, informe sur les actions entreprises pour faciliter et promouvoir l’interconnexion des registres testamentaires au niveau européen.

The ENRWA took part in the meeting of the Council of the EU e-justice working group on 27 March 2024. Maître WUILQUOT and Mr. BARY informed about the added value of the European Network of Registers of Wills and proposed solutions interconnect of a greater number of registers of wills and European Certificates of Succession.

This CNUE manifesto contains recommendations for future representatives within the European institutions, to provide legal certainty for all Europeans.

The ENRW is a platform that interconnects 13 registers of wills and 3 registers of European Certificates of Succession in Europe. In 2023, the network made it possible to answer 5,225 queries from European notaries and 696 wills were found. To find out more about the ENRW, watch the video

Octavian Rogojanu, President de l’ARERT, et François-Xavier Bary, Director de l’ARERT, ont présenté le Réseau européen des registres testamentaires au Colloque des notaires d’Europe centrale 2023 qui s’est tenu à Budapest le 17 novembre. Un colloque passionnant avec des présentations d’experts nationaux et internationaux sur “les données et les actifs numériques dans la succession”.
